Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe.

Body Image

Body image is how we think and feel about ourselves physically, and how we believe others see us.

Confidence & Self Esteem

Your self-esteem is how you feel about yourself, and what you believe you’re worth. You could think of it as your attitude towards yourself.

Self-harm is when someone hurts themselves deliberately. There are lots of different forms of self-harming.

Stress affects everyone differently, but common symptoms can include feeling overwhelmed or irritable, changes to eating or sleeping patterns and  constant worry.

Therapy

Therapists can help you deal with all sorts of problems. It can help you deal with things you’ve experienced in the past, problems affecting you now, and things you might be worried about in the future.
